Why does it cost so little?
The biggest factor in our prices compared to other methods is our exclusive partnership with our Ukrainian partner and the inherent savings in surrogacy abroad. Because the dollar carries so much weight in the Ukrainian economy and their medical work is of comparable to America or western European when it comes to quality, we are able to connect our clients with the best in the surrogacy field at an accessible price.
Do I pay in full up front?
No. Most fees are paid in installments throughout the course of the program, though some are due at the time services are provided. Please refer to the fee and cost schedule found on our website and to our refund policy.
What types of surrogacy are available and what do they entail?

Why choose gestational surrogacy?
In the past, adoption and/or childlessness were the only options for infertility. Now surrogacy is the alternative to adoption and/or childlessness. Many couples choose gestational surrogacy so that they can
have a baby that is genetically related to one or both of them.
Do you accept clients from countries other than America?
Our program is designed for all intended parents regardless of country, however, there are several countries in which surrogacy is illegal. For international clients, the first part of the research process should be determining whether or not their country has laws regarding not only surrogacy, but the legal and citizenship status of a baby born through surrogacy in another country.
Are there any risks?
There is an inherent risk in every medical procedure. Our focus is to minimize the risks involved by working only with accredited hospitals and certified medical professionals who deliver high quality of care. If you have questions about specific risks, please bring them up with your case consultant.
Can I know the doctor credentials?
Yes, we provide you with the doctor's professional credentials and answer any questions that may arise regarding them.
Do the doctors and medical staff speak English?
In most cases the doctors and it staff in Ukrainian speak fluent English. If a participant does not, someone in their staff will and will serve as an interpreter, able to bridge any gaps in communication.
Do I need to tell my doctor about my surrogacy?
You are not required to tell your doctor at home, however, we recommend that you discuss your thoughts about having a medical procedure abroad with your general practitioner. We can facilitate correspondence between your doctor and the relevant physician at one of our partner facilities, if you wish.
How do I select a surrogate mother?
Our Partner will select the best surrogate's that meet your need.
How long does it take to find an egg/sperm donor and surrogate mother?
We have an exclusive arrangement that allows our families to go through the process in an expedited manner. You will be able to meet and interview potential surrogate mother and finalize your selection of egg/sperm donor during your first trip to Ukraine.
Will I be able to be in touch with my surrogate through out her pregnancy?
Yes via Skype! Please keep in mind all parties identities remain private .
My close friend who would like to donate her/his eggs/sperm for me. Can you work with her/him?
Absolutely! Friends and family members often make the best donors and bring a greater degree of intimacy to the process. We are happy to work with your donor as long as they meet our medical criteria for egg/sperm selection. Travel expenses for your donor should be taken into consideration when assessing the cost of your surrogacy, should you take this route.
Why do women want to become egg donors?
Egg donors are typically young women in their twenties who are looking for a way to help others while also helping themselves financially. Many of these women know people who have struggled with infertility or know other people who have donated their eggs. Our egg donor team seeks strong egg donor applicants who want to help a family grow.
Can I choose the gender of my child?

Can I know the sex of my baby?
What happens to any remaining frozen embryos?
Frozen embryos are stored at our IVF clinic. If your family is complete, you will be advised on your options for the future of your embryos our IVF center will assist you in that process. Of course, you may use the cryopreserved embryos in a future surrogacy if you choose.
Can we choose to try for a multiple birth?
To protect the health and well-being of the surrogate mother, no more than two babies can be attempted in a single pregnancy.
After the pregnancy is confirmed what kind of information will I receive throughout the pregnancy?
Throughout the pregnancy you will receive regular updates on the health and well-being of the surrogate mother. Surrogate mothers stay at the facility provided by during the duration of the pregnancy and all
tests and evaluations from the medical clinic will be provided to you immediately after.
How long will it take for me to leave the country after the baby is born?
Surrogacy procedures for birth certificates in Ukraine are constantly changing to respond to high demand but also to provide more legal certainty for parents. To obtain a birth certificates for your child is up to 5 business days. After that, you have to stay in Kiev to perform legal paperwork at your home country embassy, time frames ranges from 3- 4 weeks for American citizens to up to 2 months for Spanish citizens (please contact us if you want specific information regarding your country).
Where do I stay?
There are many accommodations in Ukraine that offer a diverse range of aesthetic features, as well as price points. Before you leave for your trip, we work with you to make sure you are confirmed in an accommodation that will suit your anticipated needs and make your stay comfortable.
Will I need any travel documents?
Yes, but which documents are needed depends on which country you are from and where your travels will take
you before entering Ukraine. At minimum, intended parents will need a valid passport, marriage certificate, and new/old medical report (If applicable)
Will there be contracts with my surrogate or egg donor?
Yes. Once you are matched with a surrogate or egg donor, we will draft an agreement and negotiate it on your behalf with your carrier or egg donor’s independent attorney. These contracts cover everything from the medical procedure to your surrogate’s reimbursements to the relationship with the child. The contracts will
be signed during your first visit to Ukraine.
Do I and/or my partner need to be inoculated before the trip?
Although you are not required, the CDC recommends immunizations when traveling to the East. The suggested immunizations are different from country to country, so consult with your personal physician or the CDC website to determine which ones are appropriate for your party. What kind of legal assistance will we have overseas? Our Ukrainian partner and Weecare Surrogacy program is designed to ensure that you are provided
full legal representation in Ukraine throughout the process. Our partner, will assist your family legally throughout the surrogacy process. This includes the contract between you and your surrogate/egg donor, as
well as documents needed for the birth certificate, other documents required to secure a passport for your baby, and exit Ukraine. Our program is designed to make sure you are prepared when you leave for Ukraine and have assistance if you need it once you get there.
What sort of assistance will we have during our trips to Ukraine?
We will have a conference call with each parent or couple before you leave to Ukraine on your first and
second trips, and will provide you with any information you might need during your stay. This includes logistical support, reliable taxi services, suitable hotels/service apartment, dining, outings, and/or assistance with medium term living arrangements. We also assist with arrangement of all medical
consultations, visits and procedures, meetings with potential surrogates, follow-up, and delivery. Following the birth of your child we will provide arrangements for a service apartment, medical check-ups for the
baby, shopping, and help with the day-to-day needs of caring for your new baby in Ukraine.
How do we bring the child back to our home?
Part of the Weecare Surrogacy and our partner program is helping you obtain the birth certificate, passport for your newest family member, and exit Ukraine. Even though your child is automatically a citizen, there are still many hoops to jump through before you head home, so we make sure you are thoroughly prepared and assist you if any unforeseen complications arise.
Is Weecare surrogacy for me?
